Urine should be tested tomorrow to make sure there is no infection present. Stones aren't necessary back. Dogs like to get urinary tract infections. They go too much, can't hold it, sometimes have bloody urine, etc. If that's the case, it needs to be treated quickly. If it's not that, the vet may want to again make sure there are no stones. If incontinence is suspected, Proin might be a drug you could use. Belly bands are fine to use. Change the inside pad as soon as you notice that he has peed though or risk urine burn.
