Nothing is wrong with white meat turkey. If there are a lot of seasonsing on it, you could run into problems. Or if the fat from the dark meat dripped into the white meat... Otherwise turkey is acceptable for dogs.
OP - I'm sorry your pup didn't tolerate her treat well. Sounds like she will be ok.
