[Yorkiedaze]

We went up to the bay area from the 23rd till the 27th to visit with friends over the Thanksgiving holiday and was also going to adopt a different puppy who is a Biewer. While watching the litter of 5 for the first three days, I noticed that the little Biewer was wanting to be the Alpha to the litter and to my three Yorkies........which they did not like so there was some friction there. She was sweet and cute, but her personality was more in tune to a VERY active family and pack, so I chose the female Yorkie that was playful but at a respectful distance till she was given permission to touch or play by my girls. She was a better match! I had named the Biewer Jilli Ann (because I just loved Mike's little girls name, Jillian) after Jillian. Hope you don't mind Mike.
We got home last night and all went great. This morning I'm still waiting for her first poo and she isn't eating, so gave her some Kayro. I have her up stairs in the office (more room to play) with toys pad beds and toys. She's playing with the toys right now, so she's feeling fine and I hope to see a puppy bomb on the pad soon.
We took Christmas pictures of all our "kids" while I was there and I managed to get a pretty cute one of Jilli Ann to share here.
I hope everyone had a really nice Thanksgiving. Bet your now dragging out the Christmas decorations or already decorating. I have much to do today, so will start my decorating tomorrow and make out my cards to send to some of you guys probably Wed. to mail on Dec. 1st. That's always a fun thing to do.
