Midnight-7:45 is not too long. If he is not waking you up, and his crate is dry, then he is telling you he is fine and can hold it! That's less than 8 hours. Pretty normal night for most pups, though some will take longer and need every 6 hours through the night.

Jackson began sleeping through the night at probably around 4 or 4 1/2 months too. I would say it was about the same .... 7-8 hours through the night. He stopped waking me up once I let him sleep on my bed, the first night he slept thru the night, and well... the rest is history as they say!

Now, at 3 years old and 16lbs, he often sleeps 10-12 hours overnight, lol.
