I also agree with the rental car idea, I think the taxi/train/taxi would be to stressfull for a new pup being taken out of his home enviroment for the first time. Too many people, noise and activity, not to mention germs...lol!
He is a beautiful pup...and CONGRATS!! You will love having a new yorkie, they quickly become the center of your world!
