Yeah that-irritation and infection are the concerns.
I too would use not only a triple antibiotic ointment but ensure it is one with a pain reliving agent or and aloe to cool the burn also.
Keep her clean until it is fully healed and watch for infection.
I don't use scissors, but investing in a good dog clippers is critical for their safety-also using the guard (plastic) will ensure the razor never touches her-cleaning them with alcohol before and after usage is critical.
