No, I don't believe in vaccines every year. Certainly not all the ones they have been given.

Most vets now follow the protocol of every 3yrs for vaccines. However, I don't even believe every 3yrs is necessary. I like the Dr. Dodds vaccine protocol.

Jackson did puppy vaccs (DHPP) at 8, 12 and 16 weeks. Then was given the rabies. Then at one year, he had DHPP booster and rabies booster. From here on out, I will most likely only give him rabies every 3yrs because it's required by law. I MAY get one more DHP booster at 4 years old (since that would have been 3 years since it's last) but not sure yet. I'd never do every year though.
