Do you mean you just picked her up from where you bought her?
Where did you buy her?
How old is she?
Is anything coming out of her eye?
If you have had her for awile and you mean you picked her up from the floor like this then maybe she has scratched her eye and only a vet could help you.
In either case I don't mess around with eyes...Off to the vet for me.
