I completely agree with Brister. This just really saddens me. Why won't you put HIS needs first? He is depending on you. I cannot imagine how miserable he must feel.
I don't see how anything can be more important than taking care of this. How would you like it if this were you? I guarantee you would have this taken care of it right away.
Do what is right and quite making excuses. Your dog can't speak up for himself....so I'll say it for him.
