Awesome!!! I do have a microwave (or 3) at work for us to use. I've made chicken noodle soup, packed up leftover carne frita con chile, and other foods I think re-heat well.
We didn't have turkey at my house. We never do.
we had carne asada with handmade tortillas. There was none left over.
