Not sure if you have a Ross in your area, but have you looked there? I got Katie Scarlett a really warm, thick winter coat for $9.99 I think it was. They have the CUTEST little clothes at a reasonable price. I love getting her everyday sweaters there because they are only $3.99 to $6.99 and I don't have to worry about her rolling around in the dirt because I can replace it if need be. LOL. Good luck!
I know TJ Maxx has cute dog clothes too, but all to big for my Katie Scarlett. Even there XS is big on her. So since you are looking for a Medium, it might be right up your alley. They are a little bit higher than Ross, but still affordable.
