Anyway early this morning 6.45am I was woken to someone banging very loudly on the door, and I thought it was all happening again it turned out to be a delivery man. But it scared me to death again.

I am sorry that this happened to you both- I can't imagine what you went through.... I wish I had some advice on how to overcome this, but I have never experienced that.
I would of been very angry at the delivery man- why so early???
