Sounds like good advice. These are clearly bad breeders. They let the pup go home way too early in addition to everything else. Ugh.
Just wanted to add...I would insist on having the papers in my hand before I paid a single penny. My guess is they haven't even registered with CKC and that is why they are playing games.
