I posted about week ago about my neighbors black lab, Pepsi who was attacked by a rabid skunk. Sadly Pepsi took her journey over Rainbow Bridge the day before Thanksgiving. The dog officer had contacted the state to see if she could quarantine her in an empty horse stall on her 8 acres of property and they said no....the dog officer said that they either had to bring the dog to the vet and have her put down or she was coming to the house to do it....This angers me! Again....if she had done her job in the first place this would have never happened...R.I.P Pepsi girl
