Agression breeds agression, ignore the pup when it bites-stop playing.

Could be allergies: I personally feed Taste of the Wild kibble in the Wetlands Roasted Foul it's grainless and low allergen containing great for all sized dogs at all stages.

I suggest in the least a low allergen grainless food and stop switching it leads to stomach upset & a picky eater.

Eye 'boogers' are a sign of allergies.

Watering eyes even clear could be a conjunctivitis-also check the shampoo you are using & go over this with your vet when you get the ears checked.
