Oh I forgot to say that Scooter is probably 5 and who knows why the stupid people who had him would not neuter him. He also had never had any vaccinations. None. We heard about him through a friend that some woman had a Yorkie and her children were mistreating him so I went over there and said I'd buy him. She said ok because otherwise she was going to "get rid of him". Nice. Right after he came to live with us my husband got sick and I just never got around to the neutering although I made sure he had all his inoculations.
