Hmmm, really? I haven't heard that before. Lulu's previous bowl was a stainless steel bowl, the kind that has the lip or rim around the top of the bowl with Princess embossed on the bottom. She pawed at that bowl too but not as much as she paws at her current bowl. Her current bowl is a Martha Stewart blue and white checked set with melamine on the outside and a removable stainless steel bowl in the center.
Do you happen to know what types or colors of bowls people have had success with or what types or colors of bowls people have had problems with? I have been also looking at some custom ceramic bowls that I could have what ever color I want. Changing Lu's bowls again is certainly an option.
