I'm sorry she is so sad. She will probably feel better soon, but you'll need to be careful of any infection, especially, since she had the dew claw removal surgery. There are a lot of blood veins in that area and any infection can travel quickly. I'm sure she is in good hands. I know how hard it is to see them feeling so bad.
