I had Sofia spayed at 2lbs5 oz and 8 months and she did great. Alexis was only 1lb10oz and 8 months, again no problems. You need to talk to your vet, make sure they are comfortable doing surgery on little ones. Alexis even had 12 teeth pulled at the same time, because he said she handled it beautifully. My vet has a lot of experience with tiny ones and has been very supportive and only does what is safe. Make sure all the blood work is done before surgery, and if all is well your baby should do well. Don't be afraid to ask your vet any questions, there there to help you. Good luck.
