Mine had allergies and I changed her food. Her eyes were watering, she was scratching and biting her paws. I changed to Natural Balance LID (no grain or chicken) and most everything cleared up. Her watery eyes got better. They still water just a little, but she quit scratching and biting her paws. I hope you find out what's causing the allergies, but for me it was a food change.
