So... I cooked yesterday and this morning. The broccoli casserole is in the fridge, it just needs to go in the oven, the apricot/pineapple cheese delight congealed salad and the lime congealed salad are ready, the eggs are on the stove and just need to be deviled so I am almost finished - I have brownies and an Apricot Nectar Cake to go. I'm going to try and make cupcakes rather than a big cake. Makes it neater to "divy" up leftovers.
