It sounds like your sweet Zhoie could do well with surgery. I am not sure where you went for the MRI, but I would be looking for a very large and well known place to do the surgery. If it is chiari, surgery is the only way to repair it.

He said AAI. He said a collar could be tried, in her case the slightest movement would hender the healing process...didn't see even a 50% success rate with that. Already pressing to far in.
