Yes, Sophie's is very soft and mats like crazy, too. I say her hair doesn't grow long it grows outward and she looks like one of those wooly water buffalos or whatever they are.
Bellas is silky and straight for about 2 days after a bath but by the 3rd day is is a grease ball.
