My prayers are with you and Bella. Keep us posted on how shes doing. It really is disturbing when they are 'off' but there is no sign as to why! An obstruction in her GI maybe? Has she gone potty? I'd get xrays as a next step, rule out that nothing is messing with her insides. These little ones can get into and eat almost anything!
