It is recommended in the sign ups, but not required. Maybe I'll just insure my box next time. I feel so bad that Cathy has to go pick it up.
The $100 would not cover many of the boxes sent...so at least we can add additional coverage.
Just wanted to add that if my buddy does send it signature required, it is not a problem at all. The local post office and UPS location is not that far or inconvenient. We'll love whatever you send and however you send it!!
