Yes they can. Especially from what I've read on here...when yorkie mommy's are sick, they almost never leave their sides. Kaos is especially in-tune to me. From my breathing pattern, all the way to anxiety levels. He knows when I need a snuggle buddy all day, and he is always happy to comply.
