I cannot say what I think the punishment should be...this is all too common.

This person is obviously sick, however those who prey on the weak in society are the most dangerous, they prey on our animals, our elderly, our children and whoever they render defenseless.
I am boycotting China still proudly because of their well so much, but I do have to say their one bullet policy isn't as harsh as the crimes some people commit... |
