The problem was that Jed has been trained to go potty on the piddle pads! He was doing perfect with them, NO accidents at all. Then me and DH went on an overnight trip and left DD (24) in charge. Suddenly he started doing both jobs in the kitchen floor. Within "feet" of the pads but still it was far enough away that we could tell he wasn't even trying to go on the pads. NOW, suddenly...he wants to go potty outside. No training with this before but so far he has gone outside every time he has needed to go...both jobs. We have had perfectness since Thursday. (thursday when I went to town he used the pads) He's a puzzle!
Maybe he just has it in his mind he is a big enough boy he should go do his thing outside.
He is sure liking the "cookies" for being a GOOD BOY and going outside.
