Have you looked into surrendering them into rescues in your area? My two fosters were surrendered, and the family insisted they be placed together, so I will not consider any families who will not take them both. If you let your local rescue know, they will make sure to find them a home together, and while they are being fostered will still be together.
Rescue will also take care of Tuff's neuter before he is placed.
