The doggy stroller is what my sister and I use.
My Sister actualy has wrapped a doll in a blanket laid it on its tummy, then put CeeCee ( her tiny chihuahua) in the 'diaper bag' and carried her into restrooms all over the country. So the stroller or diaper bag works pretty well.
