LOL first time Betty typed that I thought she was joking also. Actually I haven't had pork brains, I eat fish brains. Mmmm gelatinous.
I want to try sesos, which is deep fried beef brain, but since the mad cow scare, there is no place in So Cal that I know of that still sells it. And they weren't even the same species of cow! Darn it!
I just had an unagi bowl with some korean seaweed. No uni this week, the pickin's were slim.
