My little girl Gabby eight months, loves to try to bully the older yorkie eleven year old Ruby also. I try to use a stern command and remove her whenever I see the aggression get out of hand. The feeding order is important as it indicates pack leader, so it is a good idea on the snack order or even food not to put the offending dog first. Ruby does stand up for herself more now that she knows the baby's behavior is bad in our eyes. It has gradually gotten better and now they play very well most of the time. Good luck!
