Default Pup sending a message?

I have a huge problem with my almost year old Yorkie. He is house broken. My husband is his Alpha-person. I am second and am the one who bathes, feeds and takes him out. We are together all day, most days. He is often about 4" off my heels. When my husband is around, Beau is by his side about 95% of the time. On two occasions when my husband was out of town, my best friend came over to spend the night.
Beau fell in love with her and wanted to sleep with her in the guestroom and , not wanting to impose, I did not allow him so sleep with her.
On both occasions, he jumped up in my bed and pooped. I made him spend the night in his kennel each time that he did this. I cannot imagine why he would do such a thing. (Obviously, he is angry at not getting what he wants.) What can I do to make sure this does not happen again? It is beyond disgusting, and even more disturbing, obviously deliberate.
