I know as far as the business pages, you can click that little gear by each post, and it will say "delete post" and "delete post and ban user". I've had to use that once. Is there a way you could do that? I wonder if the personal pages are like that too. But you can always do a business page where people have to "like" it, and then people who you are actually interested in their news feed you can friend them, then their news will show up on your personal page.
