I have two ways to get my 'relaxation fix' and that is by blasting my music once in a while and going to and listening to as many hockey games as possible.


Singing

and screaming

are
the best therapy ever (maybe not for witness's

). It especially helps in the fall/winter when the seasonal blues & holiday stress kick in.
But usually if I have the rare spare moment I like to hang with my family. We're usually cracking up about something which is a great stress reliever.
