It sounds like she was just REALLY tired. I know with me when I am exhausted, I can sleep way longer than I ever thought, and hold my bladder too, LOL. So I think it's the same sort of thing.

I am sorry - I meant if my puppy went for more than 8 hours w/o peeing during the day I would be worried since she pees so often during the day right now which is typical for her.
I hope she will be able to hold it at least 8 hours at night when she is mature.
