I would start by taking her to your vet, then describing every one of her symptoms, tell them your concerns and go from there. If you don't feel comfortable with what they diagnose/treat, then go to another vet or internal medicine vet and seek an alternate opinion. I would not try to diagnose over the internet. Cushings is not an easy diagnosis, and they generally will conclude it after ruling out other possiblitlies and proper testing for it.
