Are you sure he needs to have his dew claws removed? Are they catching onthings right now? Have you spoken with your vet as to what is involved at his late age to remove the dew claws? The more firmly attached the dew claw is the greater the surgery involved is. The dew claw if fully formed is like another toe, and you would be amputating that toe.
I'm assuming the teeth that need extraction are baby teeth, and that usually does not cause any problems.

How-ever judging on the extent of the surgery needed to remove the dew claws, I might elect to have this operation performed separately.
