The suggestions for a different bag that looks more like a purse is probably going to be your best solution IMHO (i.e. Kwigy Bo). Another thought would be the same people that are telling you that you can't take your furbabies in (if you feel comfortable) would they watch them while you quickly use the facilities or would they watch your vehicle if you left the kids in it since you are traveling alone. I have also taken an exit, found a gas station that has an outside restroom & taken my furbabies in a bag. As a last resort, I take a second set of keys so I could leave my car running, if it is too hot/cold, with my Shih Tzu in it in the past while I quickly run in to do my business when there just is no other option being sure I am parked in a crowded area so someone would be noticed trying to break in my car. |
