Since your FB page is for business, why don't make a new page as a business page and not a person page? Then you invite all that are on your friends list to "like" your business page. You won't see any and all news feed of all these people on your business page. Only when they specifically post on your page. I know it's a bit of a hassle, but if it's keeping you up at night, I'd give it a try. Let them know you will be shutting down the first page, and if they want to stay in contact, they will have to "like" your new page.
