I think this is really good advice. Simply say you requested a transfer, and then suddenly got fired for having your manager's password, which she had given to you to use. Hopefully you will simply be able to get unemployment without anymore hassle, though.
I am really sorry this happened to you, but it doesn't sound like it was a good place to work. It might end up being a blessing in disguise.
