LOL yep I know all about this situation. I would offer the puppies food several times a day. The more you can get them to eat...the less they will tug on mom. Also check their toe nails...and keep them clipped short. check their teeth...if they have those needle like baby teeth...forget it mom is not going to allow them to continue to nurse....offer the puppies lots of meals. Usually when you can wean the puppies completely mom LOVES playing with them and teaching them manners.
