It is so hard to let her go. We plan on having her cremated so that we can all have closure as a family. Little Nipper will be missed. Thanks for listening. Lorie
I am also new to this forum. I am Foxy's Mom and am having a hard time making a decision as to whether to put Foxy to sleep also. She is only 2 and has a liver problem and bloats up and has to have fluid drawn off her every few days. I have cried and cried for weeks trying to make up mind about things and only wanting to do what's best for Foxy. Nipper had a good long life it sounds like. Although it's always hard to let them go no matter how old or young they are. I feel so sorry for all of you but it sounds like you couldn't have loved Nipper any more than you did. You gave her a great life and for that you can be proud. Foxy and I will be thinking good thoughts for you. Sharon
