George belongs to my friend/neighbor/mentor, Liza. He is from Vicky Meadows. I don't have his pedigree, but George is Rothby through and through.
Liza has owned a Rothby champion (from Bobbie's house) for 20+ years - so she isn't new to showing. She took a long holiday from showing while raising her son, but is now back in the game.
