My Shih Tzu did this when I brought my Cedric home (yorkie). She was very aggressive with him and extremely jealous. Now 6 months later she loves him and has learned to share a bit. She steals his treats still which I have to watch but for the most part the first three months were the worst and now they are happy furbabies together. Good luck and the extra love to Capone should help and eventually make him secure that you can love them both at some point.
