 New dog making Yorkie depressed?
I found a maltese the other day and she is the sweetest thing. I'm currently looking for her family with no luck so far. If I don't find her family soon, I would love to keep her, but there is one problem. Capone, my yorkie, wants nothing to do with her. If new dog comes into the room he leaves out, if I'm playing with Capone and new dog comes in, Capone just stops. He doesn't want to even look at her. I have been giving him so much extra love and attention since the maltese has been there but he acts like he's so sad. He walks around looking like Eeyore. He seems to perk up a little bit more everyday, but I hate seeing him like this.
Has this ever happened to anyone? Will it just fade a way in time or did you do something to help? Please help. Thanks.
