I don't get where he says that it puts animals OVER humans. Humans sue for wrongful death all the time. I hope it doesn't get shot down because as far as I'm concerned it is a step in the right direction. People need to start realizing that they can't abuse, neglect and treat animals any way they choose and there are no real consequences. The one and only part I may not agree with is where he says that anyone can sue on their behalf, if you were to have an argument there the only thing I would change is that it would have to be an owner or someone appointed over the animals care such as a rescue. The only reason I might disagree with that part is because that seems to be their only real argument for it saying that is why it puts animals OVER us.
I just get angry reading the comments, it never ceases to amaze me when reading comments how uncaring people are when it comes to animals. They are JUST animals people come on...
Just makes my blood boil!
