Feeding time for animals of prey are sundown and on occasion sunup. When food is scarce they will hunt all night. We have coyote,hawks and owls here and I too live in the city. Our yard is fenced in and we try not to walk the dogs a sundown,when they first come out. There is always a person in the yard with the dogs,not that it would stop them if they were truely hungry. |
