Got a phone call from my groomer today. One of her other clients was there to get both her dogs groomed. When she opened her car door to get them, they both darted out of the car and took off. They tried to get them to come but the dogs just kept running. They went back and both got there cars and started looking everywhere for the dogs ( Dallas and Buckeye ) My groomer finally called me about 3 pm and told me what had happened, she said they were headed your way Donna please keep an eye out for us. Her shop is right up the street from me. So me with my broken ankle got into my car and started searching the neighborhood. No luck. Both the dogs are spayed, thank God, microchipped and have name tags. It is looking like someone picked them up. How can someone just keep somebody eleses pets? I told Jan ( the owner ) to put up posters and watch CL because ya never know. I also told her to call all the local shelters and the police, who knows maybe they can help. I feel so bad for her and I will keep searching right along with her. Please say prayers that we find her babies and get them back home where they belong.
