What also happened (when we were out) is that they also let us know when Harry stopped whining/barking, which actually put our minds at rest, as we presumed and worried that it was happening all the time. It really might be worth a chat! Sally + Harry x |
I never actually see my neighbors lol I just hear them through the walls. Hubby and I went over yesterday evening but no one answered (even though we heard the television). Hubby said "well if they complain we'll do something about it" but to me that just feels wrong lol
